Learn how to easily track your clients' workouts during an in-person training session.
Tracking Planned Workouts
Do you already have the workout that you are doing with your client in their workout plan? If so, here's how to track it:
Go to the client's plan on your Trainerfu iOS or Android app.
Click on Edit next to the workout that you planned for today.
Click on Track This Workout for Client from the section below the workout.
.This will open the Workout Tracking view.
Simply check the box to mark the exercises as complete.
If the client didn't perform the exercise as prescribed by you, click on the Edit button. Here you can update the stats for this exercise.
You can also add a note in the workout.
Tracking Freestyle Workouts
If the workout is not present in the client's plan, you can still track the workout for client.
Here is how:
On the client's screen, find the client row with whom you are doing the workout.
Click on the 3-dots button in the client row.
Click on Track a freestyle workout.
This will open a Freestyle Workout Tracking view.
Click on Add Exercise to add an exercise that your clients are performing.
Then click on the exercise to update its stats.
Optionally, when you are done with the workout, you can add a note and attach a photo.
Then click Save to log the workout.
