How to Create Habits and Assign Them to Your Clients

In Trainerfu you can deliver personalized habit coaching to hundreds of clients in just a few minutes. Let's see how.

How to create habits

  1. Go to More > Habits.


  2. Click on Add New Habit.

  3. Give this habit a name (eg: Drink 8-glasses of water daily).

  4. Add a short description.

  5. Specify when your clients should practice this habit.


  6. Click Save.

How to assign a habit to multiple clients

  1. Once the habit is created, click on Assign this habit to clients.


  2. Select clients.

  3. Save.

Now clients will get an alert in their client app to complete the assigned habits at the set schedule.

They simply need to tap on Yes or No to track these habits.


How to assign multiple habits to a client

In case you want to assign multiple habits to a single client, you can:

  1. Go to Habit Check-ins view of the client.

  2. Click on Assign Habits.

  3. You will be taken to the habit list view (shown below). Here you can select multiple habits that you want to assign to this client.


  4. Select the habits and then click Save. That's it.
