There are two main ways to monitor your clients habits so that you can keep them on track and bring them great results.

Personal training is more than providing workouts for clients. To really bring your clients great results, it's helpful to add extras like nutrition and habit coaching.

You can easily incorporate habit coaching and assign your clients the healthy habits with the Trainerfu app. Once you've assigned your habits to clients, you can make sure they stick to them. Let's see how:

  1. Short term view

    As your clients track their habits, you can see them in your app's news feed. You will not only see the what they did that day but a pattern over the last 7 days. This will help you see a short-term picture of how your clients are doing.



    Leave comments to support, educate, and provide feedback to your clients.


  2. Big picture view

    You can also keep an eye on the bigger picture by going to client's check-ins view. Here you can adjust the timeline to see summary over various time periods.
