Directions for Letting Clients Manage Their Subscriptions

Walk your clients through managing their own Stripe subscription and make it easy to access with Trainerfu.

If you sell training packages that create a new Stripe subscription for your clients, you may have clients ask about subscription management. Your clients can manage their subscription themselves. Here is how to walk them through it:

  1. Tell them to enter the email and password they use to login to their Trainerfu account.

  2. Next, they'll press Manage Subscription.

They will be taken to the subscription portal. Here, they can update their credit card, download invoices, or cancel their subscription.

To make accessing their subscription easy, you can add the above link directly to your client app using App Links feature.

To use App Links:

  1. Go to More > Settings.

  2. Select App Links.


  3. Create a new App Link that directs to https://app.trainerfu.com/web/client-portal. Select a an App Link Icon and Title. Insert the link and hit the Add Link button.

Your clients can then access these links by going to the More tab (last tab) in their client app.
