Trainerfu's automation tools make it much easier for personal trainers to scale their business and train many clients at once.

Let's see how you can pre-schedule messages and automatically send reminders to clients for things like sharing weigh-ins, uploading progress photos, tracking meals, or any other tasks:

  1. Go to Groups.

  2. Decide who should get the reminders.

    Do you want to send reminders to everyone or only certain groups? If you're sending reminders to everyone, click on Scheduled Messages in the Everyone section. Otherwise click on Scheduled Messages under only the group that should receive reminders.


  3. Click on New Scheduled Message.

  4. Write a short message and include details about what they need to do.


  5. Now schedule the reminder. Trainerfu has many options to choose from so that you can schedule the reminder based on a client's actions or on a particular time and day of the week.


  6. Once you've made your selection, click Save.

  7. Repeat this process for all types of reminders and required tasks.

Automatic reminders can help you keep clients on track which leads to better results from your training.
