There is no doubt that creating good content for your clients takes a lot of time. However, having good content in addition to your personal training is possibly the best way to deliver more value to your clients.

Imagine replacing ten unhealthy recipes with ten light and nutritious ones in your client's typical meal plan.

How much impact will this small change have on your client's fitness?

But handing over a 3000-word guide with all the content to your client is not very effective. You can be pretty sure that such a guide will end up in your client's "read-it-later" pile and never actually get read.

The best way to deliver good content is in small chunks and at a pace that your clients can actually absorb and act upon. That is exactly why we created the autoresponder feature in Trainerfu.

Autoresponder in Trainerfu will allow you to automatically deliver useful content to your clients at a set schedule.

Here's an example to show you how.

Suppose you have a list of 20 recipes that you think your clients will love. Here is how you can use autoresponder to deliver these recipes:

  1. Go to Autoresponder by clicking More > Autoresponder.

  2. Create a new Autoresponder. Let's name it Healthy Recipes.

  3. Click on Message Sequence.

  4. Then click on New Message.

  5. Add your recipe in the message section. Alternatively, you can also attach your recipe as a PDF.

Pro tip: You don't have to create all your content from scratch. If you have a recipe that you found online, simply add a link to that recipe in the message section.

  6. Finally, schedule this message.

  7. Now do the same thing for rest of the recipes. Schedule them at your desired frequency, making sure to schedule them at least one day apart.

  8. Once you have set your content, go back to the main Autoresponder view.

  9. Now click on Manage Subscribers. Add all the clients that should receive these recipes.

  10. That's it. All these recipes will automatically be delivered to the subscribed clients.

  11. In the future if you have a new client, simply subscribe them to this autoresponder and the content will get delivered to them at your set schedule.
